When I got my first phone with 3 the customer service was that great but I have recently upgraded my phone with them and found that customer service has improved a lot and that the signal cover is a lot better as I never used to get signal at work as it was in the countryside.

Not So Good Deals
When I first signed up for a contact mobile phone, I thought that 3 Mobile where the best value for money.
They didnt have many handsets on offer, and at the time I thought that £30 a month was a good deal for only a few min and text, with not such a good phone (but was told that it was).
Maybe with more upto date handsets and better deals they may recieve better reviews and sales :)

possibly the worst
I have had mobile contracts with T Mobile, Voda and Orange but 3 must be the worst especially for customer service. 14 months into my contract, the phone which has been faulty from 6 months really starts playing up, their solution upgrade and take out another 18 month contract. While the coverage has always been excellent and the price pretty good promised call backs from customer service do not always materialise and when they do, they are doing you a favour talking to you.I have never felt like a valued customer with 3.

At Last a good deal
I have been with 3 for just over a year and found the service one of the best, allowing me to acess the internet direct from my phone to certain web sites, upto date news and my football teams latest scores as they happen so I keep the wife happy as we can now go shopping on a saturday without me dragging her into every electrical shop hoping to catch the score.
The best thing about this mobile phone company is the deals they offer, ther phones they offer are good, may not the top of the range, but they do excatly what they say on the tin. Mobile phones
I have recently upgraded my mobile this is the second phone I have got from 3 and I think that this phone is worth the monthly rental,and the people in the customer services are very helpful. I think I should mention the phones have both been Sony Ericcson
