Overpriced
I have been shopping at Superdrugs instead of boots for years as boots is overpriced! Places like savers give you a much better deal!

BOOTS - NO LONGER JUST \
Boots is one of my favourite retail shops. It is one of the most famous and desired cosmetic chain-stores. The first thing I discovered when I came to the UK years ago was the Boots store at Heathrow airport in duty-free. I entered the shop and I was very impressed by how organised it was; I found everything - from beauty products, food and even baby clothes; all under the same roof. So I decided then, that, when I'm settled in, I would look for a Boots store and explore more! When I settled in, I hit the shops, looking for Boots stores; I knew later that the shop is called "Boots the Chemist" and I found two of them near where I lived. One was a big store and the other was a lot smaller, with limited shelves and fewer products. Boots is not 'just a chemist' any more; surely it has had changes since 1849 to cover nearly everything. I personally like Boots and I am a loyal customer as well, I like most of their offers especially with No 7, free points and gifts, but I don't buy just anything and everything as I always shop around. As for their own brand, I totally trust their own brand in medication and cosmetics. Would I recommend this store? I can say yes, there are a lot of things to enjoy, not just shopping. Over all rate 9/10 (it loses 10% for the high pricing)... still... I love Boots! I hope that I gave you a brief idea about Boots the multifunctional store (for the newcomers who didn't know about it) and for the customers who already knew...I must have reminded you of something! So grab your bag and get shopping (but not on Saturday) and don't forget your partner... and his credit card.

make a point
I like the Boots points reward card. As a regular shopper at Boots every little bit helps! I save mine( which easily mount up,when topping up my mobile)for xmas. Even better, save them for their january sales. You can pick up great deals here, half price gifts initialy, which are later reduced further.

3 for 2
The 3 for 2 offers on all things are value for money, especially the vitamins & beauty products.

Represents the high street brand well
Visiting Boots' website is like visiting the physical shop without feeling intimidated by the higher ratio of women relegating the guys to the grooming area!

The site is easy on the eye and easy to navigate but the presentation of search results could do with some tweaking as I've found occasions where typing a specific product name still doesn't result it being the top result, and there's a lot of needless scrolling and 'next page' clicking.

Spend £40 and you get free delivery. Got an Advantage card? You can earn points there too.

In my few orders with Boots, delivery has been efficient with no problems in product error. It's also very rare that a certain item isn't in stock, but even then it's back quickly. However, email support on my one occasion of needing to left something to be desired as I got...no response to a basic Clubcard question.

Back to the positives though, and a lot of your favourite products (inc. own brand) are there at competitive prices. It's easily the best pharmacy site if value for money, familiarity and ease of use are what you're after.

A bit of a downer
I have shopped many times with Boots in the past, especially when there were lots of Advantage card points up for grabs. I've always been greatly happy with the delivery and after sales services.

The main thing that puts me down is the website itself; I'm not sure if it's because of my PC (though I have not such problems on other websites)but I find the browsing quite slow and it often fails on me. This has really put me off with Boots.
