Very Good Indeed
I recently purchased some items off the Very website. I was impressed at the speed of delivery of goods. Unfortunately, some items weren't suitable but their comrehensive (and free) returns policy was easy to follow and I received a refund into my account very quickly.
The easy to follow website has a huge amount of things on sale at reasonable prices.
I would heartily recommend Very to anyone considering using it.

Littlewoods Indirect
£10 off first order promised if I opened an account, so I chose two tops and filled in the internet form. The form would not deduct the £10 from the total, so I tried twice more without success. Within a few days I received a letter telling me I had been refused an account. Rang them (0844 number - beware!) They apologised and said this was because of my 'multiple applications' They sorted it out and my tops arrived along with a bill for the full amount, plus postage. 0844 again, they deducted the £10 and postage. I paid in full and asked them to close the account, which they did online. A week or so later Littlewoods rang to ask why I had closed the account and I explained the hassle. They apologised. Three weeks later I received a statement exhorting me to spend more on my 'account'. 0844 again? I don't like companies that charge you 5p a minute to sort out their mistakes.

pleasurable shopping!!
Ordering from littlewoods direct was a pleasure. The site was easy to navigate with great features like a detailed view function, alternative views and even a video catwalk function. Registration was simple, taking a couple of minutes, and I was away filling my basket with treats.
Most of the items I ordered arrived within a week, however I had to wait a few weeks for some items. It was really easy to return any unwanted items with a free courier collection service provided by littlewoods and the money was refunded to my account within 7 days. in under 5 mins I was on their home page with my personal account number and was ready to order.
