All the people at Apple are just not happy… They create some of the most gorgeous gadgets and computers in the world, and almost dominate the world! Not only has the iPhone amazed the planet and the iPad soon to hit the shelves, they notice that someone else has some developed some similar software for their devices and now they want to sue them.

Apple are taking legal action against HTC, who use Google Android for their handsets, for apparently using the same software as they do in their iPhones for several functions. Can’t a big company create their own software without a bigger company saying “OI! That’s mine!”. It is only a guess, but the fact that statistics show the possibility of Google Android phones taking over iPhone within the next three years probably hasn’t got anything to do with it – he said sarcastically…

Anyway, it’s not something we should all be worrying about as it is all rather silly.

You know…. that guy…. that guy that did that movie… Yes, we really don’t know who he is either, although we believe he’s responsible for the film “500 Days Of Summer”. We’re not sure if you liked that film, so we’ll leave the ball in your court for that one…

Sky have finally figured it out… Not only do people like watching television, but they also like to listen to music too. That’s right, Sky are about to release unto the world their own digital music service taking on the already successful iTunes in a head to head battle.

They’re new service will include over 4 million songs to choose from to either download or stream, which means they’ll be taking on both ‘Spotify’ and ‘Last.FM’ as well.

One piece of information about the service though is the way to pay for these tracks. As opposed to purchasing one song, be it a single or album track, you would instead purchase a package. After creating a big fuss and a huge backlog of letters and parcels, the Royal Mail workers have voted for a national strike for the second time in two years after no agreement could be found to resolve the ongoing issues of modernisation and many others.

Despite the fact that Royal Mail are losing money on letter and parcel deliveries and have warned that striking will lose them even more, over 61,000 workers have voted to take action. So, it looks like all those birthday cards you’ll be sending won’t arrive on time.
