The new Batman movie, The Dark Knight, is released this Friday and has received almost universal acclaim, with a combination of the action packed goodness and the suicide of Heath Ledger contributing to its initial success.  Even the recent arrest of Batman himself, Christian Bale, has done little to dampen demand with The Dark Knight smashing all box office records when it opened in America, taking a whopping $155 million in its first three days.
