Is July the month for muscle?
If like me you were transfixed by Wimbledon this past fortnight you will have seen the players flouting their toned physique and showing off their muscles. First there was Andy Murray flexing his biceps after his epic win over Frenchman Richard Gasquet. Of course the fortnight was capped off by the incredible final between Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer, with the amazing fitness levels of the Spaniard undoubtably contributing to his success. Even the girls got into the act, with the Williams sisters muscling their way to the final and giving a typically hard hitting display in the final.
