Is romance dead?
Hollyoaks actress Roxanne McKee is fronting up a new campaign, called the Romance Revolution, by
womans deoderant Impulse with the aim of empowering women to take control of the romance in their relationships.
The campaign suggests some of the reasons for a lack of romance in our lives include a lack of time in our hectic lifestyle, and a quick straw poll of the lovely ladies at MutualPoints revealed a similar malaise, with some even accusing their men folk of being lazy dogs. Shame on you men, shame indeed.
Cmon men, step to it
To help you ‘lazy dogs’ along we’ve got some great offers on romantic gifts this month.
Bunches have a great offer on this month. You can buy flowers from just £9.99 and you get free delivery to anywhere in the UK + (yes there’s more men) you get a free box of chocolates thrown into the bargain. That’s pretty much romance on a tap. Ok it’s not the most imaginative gift in the world but as low hanging fruit goes this is pretty much on the floor. As a MutualPoints member you also get 5% cash back, although it’s probably not a good idea to shout that too loud to your loved one!
The Body Shop are also great for romantic gestures. What girl doesn’t like coming home from a hard day to a nice bubble bath, perhaps a relaxing massage? Body Shop have up to 50% off selected skin care products at the moment so you have no better time to delve in. The offer runs until the 9th July, which in addition to the 5% cashback you’d get makes it a really great offer.
So there you have a few ideas from us to help the romantically challenged man out there. Girls, what other ideas can you come up with? What’s the most romantic thing your man has ever done for you?

Men are generally hopeless at doing romantic things.
