The future of clothes retailing or too flash for its own good?
At one of the industries regular networking events (re: knees up) an interesting American e-tailer was presented to us called Martin+Osa. They’re an American fashion store that have taken an innovative approach to displaying their wares online.

The Web site provides tools such as Shop by Outfit, which features full-motion video of models wearing outfits created by MARTIN + OSA stylists, and Layer Your Own Look, which enables customers to assemble outfits on a 3-D form.
What do you think? Is this the future of clothes retailing or is it too flash for its own good?

It’s certainly innovative. Whether it would continue to prove useful after several visits to the website I don’t know. The novelty may wear thin after a while.

What a great idea. Is there anything like that in Britain? It’s certainly an innovative way to sell clothes.
